JACO is a Euro style Monte Fino Motor Yacht which has just gone through a major refit. The vessel features a large open aft deck with ample seating and 2 large dining tables. Aft of this deck is a large swim platform. Forward of the aft deck is the main salon, which is entered through 2 stainless steel sliding doors. The salon is very spacious. Aft in the salon is a round dining table that can also be used as a game table. There is a wine chiller and plenty of seating and storage in this area. Forward in the salon is an entertainment center that features a 60" flat screen TV. Forward of the salon to starboard is a day head. On the port side is a modern galley with all the needed appliances. Forward of this area is a large pilothouse with port and starboard wing doors. Forward of the pilothouse and down the stairway is a very spacious crew quarters, which has 2 staterooms a head and galley and a crew entertainment center. Aft of this area are 3 guest staterooms, 1 VIP Queen Berth, 1 Double berth, and 1 twin berth stateroom. All 3 staterooms have large ensuite heads and entertainment centers. Aft of this area is the engine room, which is very spacious and well equipped and easy access to all systems. In the aft of the salon is a stairway to the master stateroom area, which features a King berth and a his and hers heads. This stateroom has plenty of storage and is full beam. The Flybridge and boat deck are accessed from duel aft stairways or from pilothouse wing doors. This area is very large and features a circular bar with 8 bar stools and 2 half round seating areas. Forward of this area is the helm with great viability. Aft is a boat deck with 2500 lb hydraulic crane to handle all the toys. On the bow deck is a 6 person hot tub. The galley is separate from the salon, but still on the same level for ease in entertaining. It includes light granite counter tops and high gloss enamel cupboards. There is a stand-up double door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor, stovetop with large oven underneath, microwave, coffee maker and food processing center. The galley also boasts great storage.
Main salon is on the same level as the aft covered California deck separated by two stainless and glass curved doors. On the port side are two large built in couches and custom coffee tables. There is also a large barrel chair and ottoman. To starboard is a complete built in wet bar and dining table with seating for six. High gloss mahogany is used liberally throughout. The floor is split in two with the aft section in off-white carpet and the forward section in black granite with stainless accents. Just forward of the main salon is a day head done in black granite and mirrors.
In the Pilothouse you will find a u-shaped center console housing the engine controls and electronics. In the center of this is a Stidd helm chair. Just aft is a viewing bench for guests. There are doors on each side that allow access to the up and over walk around decks which provide access to all deck areas.
There is separate access to the Master from the main salon down aft. This cabin is full beam width with a center king bed, his and hers head and center shower. The head is done with granite counter tops and floors. There is numerous walk in closets and drawer storage. There is also an entertainment center and air conditioning.
The VIP Stateroom is aft and below the pilothouse. This full width cabin has a center queen berth, entertainment center, separate head and stall shower.
There are two additional guest cabins aft of the VIP suite.
The port cabin has two lower bunks and separate head with stall shower. The starboard cabin has a double bed with separate head and stall shower. Both these cabins have their own entertainment centers and air conditioning units.
The crew quarters are forward and below the pilothouse. There is a separate captain's cabin with a double bed. A second private cabin has an upper and lower bunk. These cabins share a head and stall shower. There is a crew galley and lounge with entertainment center and a huge storage area under the crew lounge sole.
This large lounge area is covered for shade and comfort with built-in curved steps providing aft access on both sides to the transom step. You also have two high low tables with seating for 12, a refrigerator and an icemaker. There are two side boarding doors and two electric warping capstans.
Port and Starboard there is also two curved stairs that lead forward to the fly bridge and foredeck.
The large flybridge area has a complete steering station, electronics, bow thruster controls, anchor windlass controls, two helm chairs and a settee to starboard. Just aft is a complete u-shaped wet bar with granite counter top, 6 bar stools, ice maker, refrigerator, electric grill, 110V outlets, disco lighting, radio CD and Bimini top. Further aft are 2 semi-circular built in curved settees with hi-lo tables and seating for 16. The settee's are convertible and can be lowered, to provide large cushioned sunning lounges. Further aft are the tender deck and a 3000# davit.
Here is a large built in Jacuzzi (Fresh Water) with underwater lighting. Two fiberglass covers and cushions for sun bathing. Lots of built in storage, two Nilsson hydraulic windlasses and deck washdowns.
The engine room is accessed from the owner's cabin through a watertight door with sound insulation. It is a full walk in area and houses the two main engines, two 30 kW northern lights generators, hydraulic systems, water maker, air conditioning compressors and more.

Herman was born outside Philadelphia where he grew up boating on the Jersey shore and Florida Keys with family. After graduating from Hargrave Military Academy Herman went on to serve as a law enforcement and search and rescue member in the United States Coast Guard. Upon receiving his honorable discharge Herman went on to operating his successful family restaurant in Sea Isle City NJ until his love for the sea took him towards the yachting path. In 1994 Herman obtained his United States Coast Guard Master Captains license and began working on a 103’ Broward. After several years of running and maintaining yachts he was involved with the sale of his owners 80 Ferretti. Richard Bertram & Co was so pleased with the performance of Herman during the sale of the yacht that they immediately offered him a position as a yacht broker where he quickly rose to the top of his field. His dedications, hard work, Knowledge of yachts, and attention to detail eventually lead him to open the Florida Jarrett Bay Boat Works office in Fort Lauderdale.
